정보 주체와 법정 대리인의 권리.의무 및 행사방법에 관한 사항

1. 정보주체는 Swimlight에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
2. 권리 행사는 Swimlight에 대해 「개인정보 보호법」 시행령 제41조 제1항에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며, <수수>는 이에 대해 지체없이 조치하겠습니다.
3. 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수도 있습니다. 이 경우 “개인정보 처리 방법에 관한 고시(제2020-7호)” 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.
4. 개인정보 열람 및 처리정지 요구는 「개인정보 보호법」 제35조 제4항, 제37조 제2항에 의하여 정보주체의 권리가 제한 될 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 정정 및 삭제 요구는 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우에는 그 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다.
6. <수수>는 정보주체 권리에 따른 열람의 요구, 정정·삭제의 요구, 처리정지의 요구 시 열람 등 요구를 한 자가 본인이거나 정당한 대리인 인지를 확인합니다.

Swimlight는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

행태정보의 수집.이용.제공 및 거부 등에 관한 사항

Swimlight는 이용자에게 보다 나은 서비스의 제공을 위하여 구글(Google)에서 제공하는 웹 로그 분석 도구인 구글 애널리틱스를 이용하고 있습니다. 구글 애널리틱스는 어플리케이션 이용자의 행태정보를 수집하게 되며, 이 경우 이용자 개인을 식별할 수 없는 비식별정보 만이 수집됩니다.

Swimlight는 다음과 같이 행태정보를 수집합니다.

1. 수집하는 행태정보의 항목 : 기기 정보, 앱 서비스 방문기록, 검색/클릭 등 사용기록 등 이용자 활동정보를 수집합니다.
2. 행태정보 수집 방법 : 이용자가 서비스 이용 시, 로그 정보 분석 툴을 통해 자동으로 생성되어 저장됩니다.
3. 행태정보 수집 목적 : 이용자에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위한 목적으로, <수수>를 어떻게 이용하는지 분석 및 평가하고 이용자의 니즈를 파악하며, 서비스를 개선하고 맞춤화하여 효율적인 서비스를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있습니다.

1. 정보주체는 Swimlight의 서비스(또는 사업)을 이용하시면서 발생한 모든 개인정보보호 관련 문의, 불만처리, 피해구제 등에 관한 사항을 개인정보 보호책임자에게 문의할 수있습니다. Swimlight는 정보주체의 문의에 대해 지체없이 답변 및 처리해드릴 것입니다.

Rights, Duties, and Exercise Methods of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives

Information subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time with Swimlight.
Requests can be made through written documents, email, or fax in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the "Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act," and Swimlight will take immediate action without delay.

Requests can also be made through a legal representative or a delegated representative. In this case, a power of attorney in the format specified in Form 11 of the "Guidelines for Handling Personal Information" must be submitted.
Requests for access or suspension of processing may be restricted under Article 35, Paragraph 4, and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the "Personal Information Protection Act."
Requests for correction or deletion cannot be made if other laws explicitly state that the personal information in question must be collected.
Swimlight confirms whether the requester is the rightful information subject or a legitimate representative when requests are made.

Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

Swimlight takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

• Administrative measures: Establish and implement internal management plans, minimize the number of personnel handling personal information.
• Technical measures: Manage access rights to personal information processing systems and encrypt personal information.

Collection, Use, Provision, and Refusal of Behavioral Information

Swimlight uses Google Analytics, a web log analysis tool provided by Google, to offer better services. Google Analytics collects behavioral information about app users. Only non-identifiable information is collected in this process.
Collected Behavioral Information: Device information, app service visit history, search/click activity, and other usage activity.
Collection Methods: Behavioral information is automatically generated and stored through log information analysis tools when users use the service.
Purpose of Collection: To analyze and evaluate how Swimlight is used, identify user needs, improve the service, and provide personalized and efficient services.
Retention Period and Processing: Information collected through Google Analytics is subject to Google's privacy policy and Google Analytics' terms of service.
